The PSA has a scheduled water outage planned for the town of Haysi tomorrow Monday, August 31, 2026

If our pharmacy experiences a loss of running water, we are required to close temporarily until water service is restored. This is not a decision we make based on convenience—it is a requirement related to Virginia Board of Pharmacy regulations and maintaining appropriate sanitation and safety standards for our patients and staff.

We will come in at 9am to asses the situation. If we still have water, we will remain open so long as we have water in order to take care of as may patients as we can. The outage is only scheduled for Monday so we will resume normal business hours on Tuesday to meet the needs of our patients.

We understand that an unexpected closure can be inconvenient, and we sincerely apologize for any disruption this may cause. Our priority is always to provide safe, compliant, and quality pharmacy services to our community.

📢 Important Notice to Our Patients

Due to a planned water outage by the PSA (that we were just made aware of) our pharmacy will be closed on Monday, June 15th, 2026. State regulations require pharmacies to have running water available in order to safely operate, and we are unable to provide services until water service is restored.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding. The outage is scheduled only to last from 8A.M to 8P.M on Monday therefore, we will reopen and resume full services on Tuesday. Thank you for your support.
