This program will strengthen your entire body. Power Pump targets all major muscle groups by using exercises such as squats, presses, lifts and curls. We emphasize low weight loads and high repetitions so you’ll gain strength & quickly produce lean body weight which increases metabolism!

Get ready for a fun fitness class that gets your heart pumping and your muscles flexin’!
This 45 minute class starts with a full body warm up and transitions to body sculpting resistance training routines for the arms, abs, back, chest, legs and b***y! Routines alternate between upper and lower body movements to provide variety and promote recovery between sets. The class ends with focused core training on the mat and a nice release with some light stretching.
