Heat exhaustion occurs when your body overheats and loses too much water and salt through sweating. Common signs may include:

💧 Heavy sweating
😓 Dizziness or lightheadedness
🤕 Headache
🤢 Nausea
😴 Weakness or fatigue
💓 Rapid heartbeat

If left untreated, can progress to heat stroke, which is a serious medical emergency.

To help prevent heat-related illness:
✔ Drink plenty of water
✔ Take breaks in the shade or air conditioning
✔ Wear lightweight clothing
✔ Avoid prolonged outdoor activity during the hottest part of the day
