Thinking about colored or "costume" contacts for Halloween? Talk to us first — we'd love to help you do it safely.

Decorative lenses are medical devices, even with no prescription power. They need a prescription and a fitting so they sit right on your eye. Lenses bought without one can scratch the eye or lead to a serious infection.

Never share lenses, never sleep in them, and take them out if your eye gets red or painful. Call or text Hazleton Eye Specialists for a fitting: drkislan.com

Fall is here — and a lot of eyes feel the shift: more time indoors, more screens, and that itchy, watery, or scratchy “is it allergies or dry eye?” feeling.

Fall allergies and dry eye can mimic each other. A quick visit helps sort out what’s going on so you can get real relief — not just another guess.

Whether you’re in Hazleton, Stroudsburg, Pottsville, Nanticoke, or Bangor — we’d love to take care of you. Call or text the office closest to you when you’re ready to book.
