Here at Headland Family Medicine, our staff is taking on a FALL Challenge—we’re averaging 7,000 steps per day, and we are rocking it! Now, it’s YOUR turn to flex with us! Join us and keep up with your daily steps—walk EVERY DAY for 21 days between now and October 27, 2025.
