Did you hear?! Our Strawberry Snap Pea Shrub won a Good Food Award in the Elixir category!! 🥂🎉

Celebrating that amazing moment in late Spring here in Sonoma County when strawberries and snap peas come on the scene together, this flavor was inspired by Koy’s farm at Stony Point Strawberry Farm who grow both of these in tandem on her land.

Complemented by organic spearmint, this month long co-maceration in local champagne vinegar gets pressed off after a month and sweetened with a touch of local honey before bottling. Splash it into bubbly water for a cooling and refreshing 2pm pick me up, or get crafty and mix into a Gin Smash.

We are heading to NYC to Exhibit at the Good Food Mercantile a part of Summer Fancy Faire Show Specialty Food Association to exhibit and celebrate! Find us Sunday at booth 7419! and of course for all you locals, come try our award winning shrub at all our farmers’ markets Healdsburg Farmers Market Marin Country Mart Farmers' Market AIM Farmers Markets 🌱 Sebastopol Farmers Market

This weekend’s gimlets, mojitos, and spirit free spritzes are getting a big boost of beneficial botanicals. FOREST FLOOR is back y’all!

A shrub we can only make once a year when theres new Spring growth on the doug fir trees in Sonoma County, this shrub is tangy, herbaceous, refreshing, and an immediate pick me up on long, sluggish days.

A month long organic apple cider vinegar maceration of wild harvest doug fir tips, mojito mint, lemon balm and nettles predominantly sourced from farm, this infused drinking vinegar is packed with minerals and slightly sweetened with wildflower honey and hugh’s with a hint of local organic lime juice we press in house.

Splash into sparkling water, maybe even add a hint of tonic, combine with tea and sparkling water, incorporate into mojitos and cucumber gimlets in the summer. excited to share more specific recipes with you soon. available starting this weekend at all our farmers’ markets and already tucked away into our Shrub Club member boxes!

this weekend we are at 8:30a-12p saturday, san rafael 8a-1p and 9a-1:30p sunday. see you this weekend!! 🌲🌿🍸

Tuesday Tea vol 2: Great day in the kitchen juicing another 200 # of local organic meyer lemons, plus a double batch of Adaptogen Chai and my FAVE mixer (don’t tell the others 🤫) - Yuzu Lemongrass with a hint of pacific sea salt!

Think locally harvested yuzu we peel and juice meeting an infusion of simmered lemongrass with a touch of salt. Due to the limited yuzu harvest we could secure this year, we only made 15 cases, so get it while you can!

Fun fact: Each of our kettles makes about 180-200 bottles per batch

Another fun fact: About 150 # of yuzu went into this batch of Yuzu Lemongrass, which means there’s almost 1 # of yuzu per bottle 🤯. A portion of the peels were used in the infusion and the rest was dehydrated down into our yuzu salt!

See you at the markets this weekend! we’ll be at saturday 9a-2p and civic center 8a-1p 🍋🍋🍋

We are so excited to announce that two of our flavors have been named 2026 Good Food Award finalists! 👏🏼

Our Rose Cardamom Meyer Lemon Mixer and Strawberry Snap Pea Shrub were selected amidst 1,200 entries from companies across the U.S., and we were selected as top scoring finalists in the Elixir category!

We are so honored to be among a selection of amazing products from companies we admire who are dedicated to crafting food and drink that is not only delicious, but also sustainable and responsibly produced.

Each year, over 250 judges come together for a blind tasting of the entries. They meticulously evaluate submissions to identify products that push the boundaries of taste, quality, and ethical production. The finalists represent a diverse array of culinary traditions, techniques, and regions, embodying excellence within their craft.

We find out the winner of the category later in June – cross your fingers! 🤞🏼

What a gift to find Pedicularis densiflora on our galentines hike today with my gal !

my FAVORITE herb for stress and anxiety, specifically the kind that likes to hang out in the neck and shoulder region presenting as tightness and tension.

We harvested a teensy bit but made sure to leave 95+% intact as this plant is pretty rare to find in abundance here in NorCal. We were careful to look around and see what it was growing next to, as it is a hemiparasitic plant, meaning it can absorb the constituents and phytochemicals of plants nearby like poison oak!

Happy love day 🧡. Spread love. Find it in the little things. Plants are amazing 🌿
