We celebrate the freedom and spirit that make our nation so special. For our residents, families, and dedicated team, this July 4th is especially meaningful — a time to honor our country’s history while cherishing the sense of community, care, and hope we share every day here at our nursing home and rehabilitation center.
Thank you to all who serve and protect our freedoms. Wishing everyone a safe, joyful, and memorable Independence Day filled with fireworks, laughter, and gratitude.

🎶🌿 CNA Appreciation at The Springs of Greers Ferry! 🌿🎶
Our incredible CNAs got some well deserved love last week thanks to the generosity of Jessica and Tharell at Gentiva Hospice! 💛
They showed up BIG with a fun camo-themed celebration featuring a T-shirt bar, delicious BBQ and a little down-home live entertainment from Tharell himself! 🎸🍖👕
It was a perfect day for an exceptional group of people who pour their hearts into their work each and every day. 🙏
Thank you Jessica, Tharell and Gentiva Hospice for reminding our CNAs just how seen and appreciated they truly are! 💙

Today, Springs of Arkansas pauses to honor the brave men and women who gave everything so we could live in freedom. On this Memorial Day, we hold deep gratitude in our hearts for their sacrifice, their courage, and their love of country.

To our residents, staff, and families who have served or lost a loved one in uniform — we see you, we honor you, and we thank you. 🇺🇸

🐎 The fun just keeps on coming!

We kicked off the day in PJs — because some of the best days start that way. 😄 A big thank you to Life Touch Hospice for the breakfast bar and to Gentiva Hospice for the dirty soda bar — our staff felt so loved! 💛

Then it was off to the races! 🏆 Our residents placed their bets, sipped mocktails, enjoyed sweets, and cheered their horses all the way to the finish line. Winners walked away with "money" to spend at the Bingo store — now THAT is a grand prize. 🎉

What a week it has been. We are so grateful for every moment. 🌸

🌸🍦 Day 2 at The Springs of Greers Ferry is giving us ALL the good vibes! 🌸🍦
Flower Power was in FULL bloom today and our residents and staff looked absolutely groovy! 🌼✌️ But the highlight of the day?! A visit from the ice cream truck that had everyone walking down memory lane one delicious scoop at a time! 🍨😄
There is something truly magical about the sound of an ice cream truck that brings out the joy in absolutely everyone — young and young at heart alike! 💛 Add in some spuds and all the flower power energy and Day 2 was nothing short of pure happiness from start to finish! 🥔🌺
Moments like these are exactly what Moments in Bloom is all about — savoring the sweet, simple joys of life together! ❤️🙌
Here is to Day 3 being just as beautiful and delicious! 🌸🍦
