Congratulations to Carroll College alumnus Brus Layson '14 on being named one of the 2026 Helena 20 Under 40 honorees!

Presented by the Helena Area Chamber of Commerce and the Helena Independent Record, the 20 Under 40 awards recognize young professionals who are making an impact through leadership, innovation, and service to the Helena community.

Brus first came to Helena to attend Carroll College, where he met his wife, Karla, in a philosophy class. After earning his graduate degree in California, the couple returned to Helena to build their lives and careers. Today, Brus is the owner of Advocate Physical Therapy, where he helps patients get back to doing what they love while also teaching advanced treatment techniques to physical therapists and healthcare professionals across the country, with international instruction on the horizon.

We're proud to celebrate Brus' accomplishments and the positive impact he's making in Helena and beyond. Congratulations on this well-deserved recognition! 💜💛
