2026 Summer Bash was a hit at our north location! Thank you to all the friends and family who were able to join us!:) we sure did share a lot of laughs and some amazing food! We had 2 residents volunteer for the dunk tank! They had such a blast!

Please join us in congratulating Mickie Simonson, RN, a Hospice nurse at St. Peter's Health and our newest recipient of the DAISY Award for Extraordinary Nurses! 🌼👏

Mickie was nominated by a family member whose husband received hospice care from Mickie. In addition to providing equipment and guidance that helped the family navigate daily care, Mickie became a teacher, a trusted source of support and a steady presence during one of the most difficult times imaginable. "Mickie walked me through the difficult do's and don'ts for when my husband passed away, removing the fear of the unknown during my time of grief. She didn't just do her job; she cared for our souls."

Mickie, thank you for the knowledge, kindness and unwavering support you provide to patients and families during such an important part of their journey. Your care makes a lasting difference. 💚💙
