UAMS offered all employees a $100 gift card to celebrate its FY26 success, so employees at UAMS East got to use their cards to buy UAMS swag such as T-shirts, weekender bags, cups, power banks, food prep tubs and chairs. Thank you to UAMS events manager, Jana Cohen, and radiation safety officer Laura Hanson for setting this up.

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at UAMS Helena Family Medical Center. The LPN supports the on-going delivery of care as identified by the multi-disciplinary scope of practice. This position plays a vital role in providing direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, contributing to the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care for a select group of patients. The LPN works with the individual patient, their families, and providers to implement individual health plans.
