A little bit of self care goes a long way before 4 hours straight of massage.

If you can’t find a local therapist to see regularly or can’t go for bodywork as often as you’d like or need to, invest in a massage gun.

It doesn’t provide all of the benefits you get with human touch, but it can provide some pain relief by providing input to your nerves to redirect the communication to your muscles and your brain.

In addition, using affirmations in the morning is like putting on armor of love and positive regard for your soul. Never start or go through your day without it.

For those of us in America right now…maybe use affirmations 117039373629 times a day and keep emptying the light and love the world needs to transmute…all of the things!

It has been quiet over here. With the start of summer, I decided it was time for a Sacred Pause. I closed up my office and have been enjoying some much needed downtime.

I’m only going to open the books very selectively over the summer so I can spend time returning to myself and enjoying time with my family.
