🍎👩‍🍳 Healthy Cooking Classes! 🥗🍓

This month our participants had an amazing time in our Healthy Cooking Classes! Together we learned how to prepare delicious, nutritious meals while building confidence, practicing teamwork, and having fun every step of the way.

From chopping fresh ingredients to tasting our finished creations, every smile reminded us that healthy eating can be enjoyable and empowering. These classes promote independence, wellness, socialization, and lifelong healthy habits.

A huge thank you to our incredible participants and staff for making this month such a success. We can’t wait to see what’s on the menu next! 💚
