📣 Medicare patients — new GLP-1 coverage may be available for weight management!

The Medicare GLP-1 Bridge Program is designed to provide eligible Medicare beneficiaries temporary access to GLP-1 medications for weight loss/weight management.

You may qualify if you:
• Are 18 years or older
• Have a BMI of 30 or higher
• Have Medicare Part D prescription drug coverage, either through a standalone Part D plan or a Medicare Advantage plan that includes drug coverage
• Are not already receiving or eligible to receive a GLP-1 medication through your regular Medicare drug plan
• Are being prescribed the medication specifically for weight loss or weight management

Important exclusions: You may not qualify for the Bridge Program if you have type 2 diabetes, moderate-to-severe sleep apnea, or fatty liver disease, because GLP-1 coverage may already be available through your Medicare drug plan for these conditions.
