Overhead Resistance Band Pulls for Stronger Shoulders & Traps 💥
Looking to target your upper body using just a resistance band and a door anchor? This kneeling overhead pull is an effective move for strengthening your shoulders and upper traps.
How to do it:
Anchor your band securely near the top of the door jamb.
Drop to your knees facing the door and take a slight forward lean.
Keep a strong core, engage your upper back, and pull down smoothly toward your upper chest, squeezing your shoulder blades and controlling the band on the return.
Muscle groups targeted:
Primary: Traps (trapezius) and shoulder heads (deltoids)
Secondary: Upper back (rhomboids) and core stabilizers
