How many times have you said “I don’t mind” when you absolutely minded? Or “no worries” and then stressed yourself out to figure things out.

You felt the no.
Rehearsed the words.
Then made it easier for everyone else.

And now you’re doing the thing you didn’t want to do, wondering why you’re irritated.

I know that moment. I also know how easily it becomes a way of living.

You get so practiced at considering everyone else that when someone asks what YOU want, you need a minute.

This Libra new moon, I’m bringing our attention to the relationship we carry into every other relationship: the one we have with ourselves.

Can you hear yourself?
Do you believe what you hear?
Can you let it change your answer?

Inside THE RETURN, we spend six months deepening that relationship.

Learning your cycles and rhythms.
Exploring the inherited expectations you’ve been living by.
Noticing where you hold yourself back.
Practicing using your voice while your stomach is still doing that little flip.

Through teaching, breathwork, somatic practices, ritual, and coaching, you’ll bring this work into the conversations, choices, and desires that make up your life.

Because there are things you want to say.
Things you want to create.
Parts of you that you want your people—and the world—to meet.

Let her live.

THE RETURN begins October 14.
Six months · Live online.

Your life can be full and still feel like something you’re just getting through.

You can love your people deeply and still realize you haven’t felt like yourself in a while.

You finally get an hour alone and don’t even know what you want to do with it.

Someone asks what you need and your mind goes blank.

You’re doing the school drop-offs, answering the texts, making the appointments, keeping everyone’s lives moving…

but somewhere along the way, your own life started to feel like a list of things to complete.

And I don’t think what most women are craving is a completely different life.

I think we want to feel alive inside the one we already have.

To drink the coffee and actually taste it.

To put the music on and move our bodies.

To hear ourselves think.

To know what we want.

To be there when our child wraps their arms around us instead of already mentally moving onto the next thing.

It’s your garden. You get to choose what grows.

And what you devote yourself to grows.

When you begin tending to your own aliveness—your body, your pleasure, your creativity, your desire, your presence—you don’t become less available to the people you love.

You become more here.

More you.

More able to actually experience the love that is already all around you.

Maybe the return isn’t about becoming someone new at all.

Maybe it’s about coming back to the woman who is already here.

And letting her live.

Comment DEVOTION and I’ll send you the full workshop for free. 🤍 Maybe you don’t need more discipline.

Maybe you don’t need a better routine, another morning practice, or to finally become the person who can just stick with it.

Maybe the problem is that we’ve been taught to build our lives around willpower instead of devotion.

Willpower asks: How do I make myself do this?

Devotion asks: What matters enough to me that I want to keep returning to it?

That’s a very different way of being in relationship with yourself.

And it’s what we explored in my free workshop, DEVOTION.

We talked about willpower, our unique wiring, the ways we disconnect from ourselves, and what it looks like to create change by coming closer to yourself instead of constantly trying to override yourself.

Comment DEVOTION and I’ll send you the free workshop. 🖤

What if the problem isn’t that you need more willpower?

More discipline.
More consistency.
A better morning routine.
Another way to make yourself do the things you already know you “should” be doing.

What if you’re just really fu***ng tired of forcing yourself?

There’s a difference between discipline that comes from I have to make myself do this…

and devotion that comes from this matters to me.

One asks you to override yourself.

The other asks you to come into relationship with what you actually care about.

What are you devoted to?

Not what you should want.
Not what would make you more productive.
Not what the best version of you on paper would choose.

What is actually sacred enough to you that you want to keep returning to it?

That’s what we’re exploring inside DEVOTION: Beyond Willpower.

In my work, I will sit with you in the depths.

In the void.
In the grief.
In the uncertainty.
In the moments where you have no fu***ng idea what comes next.

I believe there is something sacred about being willing to meet ourselves there instead of immediately trying to climb our way out.

But I will also always remind you to find the joy.

Because both can exist.

You can be uncertain about what comes next and still dance in the kitchen.

You can carry grief in your heart and laugh until you cry with your friends.

You can be scared and excited.
Heartbroken and hopeful.
Deep in something and still notice that the sky looks really fu***ng beautiful today.

This is the sacred third.

The place beyond either/or.

Life isn’t black and white. And we don’t have to wait until everything is healed, figured out, resolved or perfect before we let ourselves experience the good that’s here too.

Life is a whole fu***ng rainbow of colors.

Don’t forget to let them in. 🌈

You can love your life and still want more life inside of it.

I think we’ve been taught that we need a really good reason to want something to change.

We need to be burnt out enough.
Unhappy enough.
Lost enough.
At some kind of breaking point.

But what if nothing is actually wrong?

What if you love your family.
You’re grateful for what you’ve built.
There are really beautiful parts of your life.

And there’s also a part of you whispering…

I want to feel more alive in this.

More connected to my body.
More playful.
More creative.
More trusting of myself.
More aware of what I actually want.

That’s so much of the work of the Divine Feminine.

Not blowing up your life.

Not deciding everything you’ve built is wrong.

But getting curious about the patterns you’ve been living inside of.

The roles you’ve gotten really good at playing.

The places you automatically override yourself, make yourself easier, or choose what’s expected before you even have a chance to ask what you desire.

And then slowly, you start making room for more of you inside the life you already have.

If you felt something when you read that, I’m creating something for you.

A free audio journey to help you step out of all the noise, drop back into your body, and connect with the part of you that already knows what she’s craving.

Comment ALIVE and I’ll send it to you Wednesday. 🖤

Maybe nothing needs to be fixed.

Maybe something in you just wants to live.

At some point, “What do you want to be when you grow up?” became a list of things to accomplish.

Get the job.
Make the money.
Find the person.
Have the babies.
Buy the house.
Be a good mom.
Be a good wife.
Take care of your body.
Keep everyone’s s**t together.

And then you wake up somewhere in the middle of your life and think…

Wait.

Was I ever supposed to be any of those things?

Because I don’t think most women I know are actually craving another title.

We’re craving room.

To breathe.
To play.
To change our minds.
To want things that make absolutely no sense on paper.
To be wildly in love with our actual lives — not just grateful for them.

Maybe you spent the first half of your life becoming the woman you thought you were supposed to be.

And maybe this part gets to be about meeting all the other versions of you that got pushed aside while you were busy being responsible.

The adventurous one.
The sensual one.
The loud one.
The rested one.
The weird one.
The woman who doesn’t need a reason other than I want to.

I don’t think we’re having a midlife crisis.

I think a lot of us are having a midlife remembering.

And I’m very curious…

If I asked you what you want to be when you grow up now — and you weren’t allowed to answer with a job, a role, or something you could accomplish —

what would you say?

09/06/2026

Sometimes you just need to stop playing the same version of your life long enough to remember there are other ways to be.

That’s where the magic starts. Maybe it’s a yoga class or just standing up and shaking off your body.

Or if you can feel that you’re carrying energy that isn’t yours—or you just need help clearing some of the noise—I have a Channel Clearing Meditation for exactly that.

Comment CLEAR and I’ll send it to you. 🌀

You don’t always need to deep dive into the why. Sometimes you need to embrace a character that embodies how you want to feel.

This is one of my favorite parts of archetype + Divine Feminine work.

We are not one fixed version of ourselves.

There’s the mother.
The lover.
The artist.
The queen.
The wild woman.
The cozy woman who wants to read outside and watch the birds.
The inner child who wants to blast a song from 1998 and dance in the kitchen.

They’re all you.

And when you understand that, shifting your state can become a form of play.

Instead of asking what’s wrong with me? or immediately trying to dissect why you feel off…

You can ask:

Who do I want to be right now?

What would she wear?
What music would she put on?
How would she move her body?
What would she do next?

This is part of Divine Feminine work that I think we forget.

It gets to be creative.
It gets to be embodied.
It gets to be a little witchy and weird.
It gets to be fun.

You don’t have to become someone new.

You’re making more room for the women who already live inside of you.

Let her live.

08/31/2026

What if your healing didn’t need to be so serious all the time?

Not everything needs to be dissected.
Not every pattern needs another journal prompt.
Not every version of you needs to be healed or fixed.

Sometimes the work is letting yourself play.

To wear the outfit.
Make the playlist.
Romanticize the Tuesday morning.
Be the version of you who reads outside, takes herself to dinner, dances in the kitchen, says no without writing a dissertation about it.

This is the work I’ve been obsessed with lately: archetypes.

Not becoming someone else.

Giving the parts of you that have been waiting in the wings a chance to actually LIVE.

In an Archetype Session, we’ll explore the versions of you that are asking for more space, journey with them, and start bringing them into your actual life — through what you wear, how you move, what you choose, what you create, and how you spend your ordinary days.

Because sometimes healing looks less like fixing yourself…

and more like letting her out to play.

✨ Archetype Sessions are now open.

Come meet the other versions of you.
