I was thinking about grief and loss today. The sound people make when they lose someone. You can’t explain the sound until you experience it. It’s a deep down guttural noise that comes from somewhere in your body and you can never replicate it nor do you want to experience it again Grief is so much more than tears, flowers, and funerals. It’s a chemical change in your brain and healing comes with time and often, therapy. Heal your heart and mind as soon as you can and continue to grow around the grief.
