We’re thrilled to start our “Fabulous and Fun Friday” tradition a day early this week! We will be closed Friday, July 23rd and will be back in the office Friday, July 31st!

Dr. Jen and the Premier Pediatrics and Wellness team are absolutely enamored with the MELT Sauna Truck! Jon and Kyle Hittner have created something truly phenomenal and brought it to Henderson, KY! Melt has quickly become one of our most cherished experiences - and for two ladies that really don’t like being hot or cold, that’s a testament to its greatness.

When you arrive to the Melt Mobile Sauna and Cold Plunge, you immediately feel like you’ve been transported to a peaceful haven. Their warm hospitality, gentle guidance, and soothing ambiance help you feel at ease even when you’re trying something new for the first time. Jon and Kyle have created an environment where we disconnect from technology, connect with one another, and experience the profound benefits of heat, cold, and intentional downtime. The connections and conversations had while at Melt are authentic and have created lasting impressions and memories.

If you haven’t experienced Melt, we highly encourage you to “take the plunge” and try it out before they leave for Finland. You still have a little time!

As you know, we love supporting other local businesses and this Friday we are celebrating Cap & Cork! We love all things local and love having this hot spot within walking distance to our office! Cap & Cork is an amazing addition to downtown Henderson - we love lunching there on Thursdays and Fridays!

It’s our favorite day of the week! It’s a fabulous and fun Friday at Premier Pediatrics and Wellness and Premier Aesthetics with Dr. Jennifer Liles and the Team! As you know, we love supporting other local businesses and this Friday we are celebrating S&P Farms again!! We love all things local and visiting our Henderson Farmers Market, especially on Saturday mornings! S&P Farms participates in the Henderson Farmers Market and the Morganfield Farmers Market (sometimes both, sometimes one or the other!) and we are huge fans of their beef products, and now their sweet corn!!! Nothing like getting your zen on with acupuncture and shucking corn at the same time!! We love this family!!

We love all things local and Reign Fire Protection is the only locally owned and run fire protection service! We personally know the family who owns and runs Reign and can’t think of better people to help keep us safe and protected. They serve Henderson and surrounding counties with a focus on Community, integrity and faith! Thank you for being such a wonderful part of the community and for the awesome shirts!!

We're thrilled to celebrate another fantastic Friday at Premier Pediatrics and Wellness and Premier Aesthetics with Dr. Jennifer Liles and the team. This week, we're shining the spotlight on Ervin Physical Therapy, an outstanding local business that embodies the spirit of community and excellence. We're huge fans of Isaac and Britney Ervin and their entire team, whose dedication to helping others achieve optimal health and wellness is truly inspiring. Our own experience with their Occupational Therapy program has been nothing short of transformative, empowering Jamie's 4-year-old son with essential coping skills and confidence. We're in awe of Isaac and Britney's remarkable journey, having launched their practice during the pandemic and expanding to Henderson. Their tireless efforts to promote living healthy, both physically and mentally are a testament to their unwavering commitment to our community's health and wellbeing.
