Happy Birthday to one of my favorite humans... Jerianne Bledsoe and apparently one of the busiest overachievers I know! 🎉🎂❤️

Just a couple of days ago, I was celebrating my dear friend for achieving the rank of Bronze.

Well...

Leave it to Jerianne to say, "Hold my coffee." ☕😉

TWO DAYS LATER she DOUBLE RANKED and hit Silver! 🔥🔥

But here's what makes me smile the most...

This isn't really about Bronze.
It's not really about Silver.
And it's certainly not about a title.

It's about watching someone finally find their groove.

It's about seeing a woman step fully into her gifts, trust herself, find her confidence, and embrace the leader she was always meant to be.

I've had the privilege of sharing adventures, laughter, deep conversations, celebrations, and life's ups and downs with Jerianne. Through it all, she has remained one of the most genuine, caring, heart-centered people I know.

What I love about what we're building at Vital is that people aren't recognized simply for a rank. They're recognized for growth. For becoming. For serving. For showing up. For believing in themselves sometimes before they fully see what's possible.

And that is exactly what I see happening with Jerianne.
