Sunday was one of those Trap Yoga classes that reminded me EXACTLY why I love doing this. 🥹🖤

The energy was just different. People came in as strangers and left hugging, exchanging Instagrams, making new friends… like 🥹 THIS is what it’s about.

And that playlist?! 🔥 Definitely one of my favorites I’ve ever put together. The music, the movement, the laughs, the energy in the room… everything just HIT.

Easily one of my favorite Trap + R&B Yoga classes we’ve had. I’m still thinking about it. 🥹

Chicago, we’re back this Sunday, August 30th, but this time we’re turning it UP with sculpt!

Join us this Sunday for a special Mother’s Day R&B Yoga flow designed to help you unwind, reconnect, and move with intention. We’ll be flowing to your favorite R&B hits while creating space for gratitude, love, and a little bit of soul.

This class is for everyone—moms, daughters, aunties, besties, or come solo and pour into yourself. No experience needed, just bring your energy and an open heart.

Even more meaningful: a portion of all proceeds will be donated to EveryMom, a not-for-profit organization supporting expectant mothers and families in underserved communities with essential resources and care 🤍
