This week’s focus is Men’s Su***de Awareness.

Men have feelings too! Check in on the dads, brothers, sons, and all the men in your life.

Often times, just like women, they feel that they have to stay strong and may feel weak if they let their emotions out. Remind them that expressing emotion is a strength, not a weakness, and that it can encourage others to do the same especially the people that look up to them.

Reaching out for help does not make you weak. It takes strength to speak up, to ask for support, and to keep going.

🇺🇸 REMEMBERING 9/11, 25 YEARS LATER 🇺🇸

Today, we remember September 11, 2001 — a day that changed our nation forever.

We honor the 2,977 lives lost, the brave first responders who ran toward danger, the families who were forever changed, and the countless heroes who stepped up in the days that followed.

Twenty-five years later, we remember. We honor. We will never forget. ❤️🤍💙
