It’s Wellness Wednesday! Do you know someone living with dementia? Our Wellness Centers are offering a new free program that can help slow the progression of dementia. Cognitive Stimulation Therapy is an evidence-based group intervention for individuals with mild to moderate dementia. Studies suggest it can be equally as effective as dementia medications at slowing the progression of the disease.
