Just a heads up if you have a hidden cell phone for DV purposes, on October 4th at 2:20 pm eastern time FEMA is testing the national text alert system. This one is supposed to override sound systems regardless of your settings. The only way to avoid it is if the phone is turned off. So if you have a second/hidden phone for safety purposes, please know it will make a sound on October 4th.
