You donāt have to walk through grief alone.
The Lake Mead Wellness Center is preparing to begin a new GriefShare group, offering a safe and welcoming place to find support alongside people who understand just how complicated grief can be.
Grief doesnāt follow a timeline or a neat set of stages. Whether your loss happened recently or years ago, GriefShare provides practical tools for navigating loneliness, sadness, anxiety, anger, regret, changing relationships, and the many unexpected emotions that can come with losing someone you love.
Over 13 weeks, youāll hear from grief counselors, pastors, healthcare professionals, and others who have experienced loss, followed by meaningful small-group conversation and support.
