Facebook family, help us welcome the newest member of our team and read a little
bit about her background! 🎉🎊

My name is Tiffany Cullins, and I’m a North Carolina Certified Peer Support Specialist with lived experience in substance use, domestic violence, and mental health. June 17, 2022, is my recovery date and my sobriety is non‑negotiable it’s the foundation of the life I’m building and the woman I’m becoming. I’m a single mom of two teenage boys, and everything I do is rooted in showing them what growth, accountability, and getting back up really looks like.
I have a huge heart for helping others help themselves. I believe in being the change I want to see, staying teachable, and never stopping my own healing and learning. I’m currently pursuing my CHW certification and studying Health & Human Services at AB‑Tech to deepen the work I already love doing.
My foundation is built on a God who has never failed me, never turned His back on me, and has picked me up and forgiven me every single time. I wouldn’t be here without His mercy and grace. My past doesn’t define me — it shaped me into the unapologetic, kind, grounded soul I am today.
I’m super grateful to be part of Love & Respect Community for Recovery and Wellness. It’s an honor to serve alongside such selfless, authentic people who show up with heart every day. I’m excited to get familiar with everything L&R offers, especially as I get started at the Cheyenne Nicole Respite House.
Outside of work, I’m all about self‑care grounding outside, sleeping, retail therapy, and anything that keeps me balanced. I’m a risk taker, stigma slayer, change agent, and supporter of all recovery pathways, and I show up with compassion, honesty, and hope for anyone walking their own journey. Judgment‑free zone here, and I absolutely love everyone. JUST REALLLLLLLY BLESSED TO BE HERE 🥰
