Care can look like a warm meal, a welcoming smile, or simply showing up when someone needs support.

Recently, members of the AdventHealth Care Crew and our Population Health Team volunteered with ABCCM’s Transformation Village, preparing and serving a meal for women and children in our community.

For our faith-based AdventHealth team, moments like these are part of whole-person care. They help bring comfort, connection, and hope beyond the walls of our hospitals and into the places we call home.

A nurse’s instinct can make all the difference. ❤️

When ICU nurse Julia Greer noticed something didn’t seem quite right, she trusted that instinct and took a closer look. She investigated further and partnered with pharmacy, helping uncover a possible explanation that allowed the care team to make appropriate adjustments to the patient’s care plan.

Julia’s thoughtful, compassionate approach to nursing recently earned her The DAISY Award® for Extraordinary Nurses.
