May is Mental Health Awareness Month 💚

It’s a good reminder that mental health is just as important as physical health — and it deserves the same care, attention, and conversation. Everyone is carrying something, even if it doesn’t show on the outside, and checking in on yourself (and each other) matters more than we often realize.

This month is about reducing stigma, increasing understanding, and making space for real conversations about how we’re doing — not just how we’re functioning.

If you’re struggling, you’re not alone, and support is available. And if you’re going okay right now, this is still a great time to check in on someone who might not be.

Let’s keep making mental health something we can talk about openly, without shame.
