Today at Red Cedar Glen, we welcomed Sasha Lyons from Edmonton State Bank for an informative session on text and phone scam awareness and best practices.

Our residents were engaged, asked great questions, and walked away with helpful tips to stay informed and protect themselves. We appreciate Sasha taking the time to share this important information with our community!

We may be in the business of caring for seniors, but today we proved we know how to have a LOT of fun doing it!

Our morning leadership meeting looked a little different today as everyone showed up in their decades gear — and our team REALLY committed! From throwback styles to an AC/DC shirt and a brand-new mohawk courtesy of our Engineering Director… we’re pretty sure some of these looks deserve their own time capsule!

We work hard. We care deeply. And yes… we know how to have a little fun along the way!

This week, we’re celebrating the people who make Red Cedar Glen more than a place to live — they make it a place to belong.

Throughout the week, we’ll have fun events, good food, games, prizes, recognize a different team at Red Cedar Glen each day and celebrate the incredible employees who show up each day with compassion, dedication and heart to care for our residents.

Our residents had a wonderful time celebrating Oktoberfest with good food, great company, and plenty of smiles! We love creating opportunities to gather, celebrate and simply enjoy the moment together.

I was honored to attend as a guest and be part of such a meaningful evening supporting the Parkinson’s Foundation and its mission to improve the lives of people living with Parkinson’s disease.

And what a special treat to have the incredible Vince Gill providing the music for the evening!

We were especially thinking of Brent Peterson, who was unable to attend tonight as he was in the hospital and we want to keep him lifted in prayer for healing and strength.

There is currently some water available in the building, and crews are actively working to restore full service as quickly as possible.
