Lower lid blepharoplasty with fat transposition! This result speaks for itself. 👁️

Under-eye bags aren't just about excess fat but about where that fat has shifted over time.

Rather than simply removing it, Dr. Bearden used a fat transposition technique, repositioning the natural fat from the lower lid down into the tear trough to fill the hollow beneath it.

The result is a smoother, more continuous contour from the lower lid to the cheek: no hollowing, no harsh transition, just a seamlessly refreshed under-eye.

This patient came in bothered by heavy upper lids and a brow that had gradually descended over time. Dr. Bearden performed an upper lid blepharoplasty with internal brow elevation - addressing both concerns through a single, well-placed incision hidden right in the natural lid crease.
