Licensed by the State of Illinois, we accept insurance coverage for resident's policies that qualify. Also ask about VA Aid & Attendance coverage, in addition to " Evelyn's Cookie Jar" financial assistance program. CCRH is located in Henry, Princeton, and Elmwood Illinois
