🏡 Child Medication Safety Tips:

🔒 Always use child-resistant caps and make sure they are securely closed after every use.

📍 Store all medications up high, out of sight, and out of reach of children.

🍬 Never call medicine “candy.” This can make children think it’s safe to eat on their own.

💊 Keep all medications in their original labeled containers so there is never any confusion.

📅 Regularly check your medicine cabinet and safely dispose of expired or unused medications.

High blood pressure is often called the “silent killer” because it usually has no noticeable symptoms but it can increase your risk of heart disease, stroke, kidney disease, and more.

📊 What do your numbers mean?
💚 Normal: Less than 120/80
💛 Elevated: 120–129 / Less than 80
