May 17-23rd is National EMS Week. MCHD would like to recognize our Emergency Medical Service (EMS) professionals for their dedication to protecting the safety and health of our community members.

This year’s national theme — “Improving Outcomes, Together” — is an appropriate sentiment for this department, because its core values include collaboration, community, and caring for all with compassion, respect, and kindness. May 10-16th is National Hospital Week, and we would like to use this opportunity to recognize our team district-wide. Although not all of our staff work in a hospital setting, our locations and employees are directly connected to our hospital, and we are all a crucial part of the same team. Our staff works diligently to provide excellence in care to our patients and uphold our Mission to “bring essential health services to our rural communities that meet the unique needs of the people we serve.” We are incredibly grateful to our community members for their support of our Health District, and we appreciate our staff for their commitment to patient care- THANK YOU!
