Our recent hospice survey by the Texas Health and Human Services Commission is complete, and we’re proud to share that once again, we received ZERO deficiencies!

Even more exciting, this marks nine consecutive years of deficiency-free surveys!

A zero-deficiency rating means that the survey team found no issues or areas of concern during their comprehensive review—from patient care and safety to staff qualifications and documentation. It’s an achievement that reflects true dedication, attention to detail, and a deep commitment to doing things the right way.

This milestone is only possible because of the compassion, hard work, and heart our team brings to our patients and community every single day.

We couldn’t be more proud of our staff and the care we provide together.
