The Reconnection Experience brings together two complementary approaches to wellness in one thoughtfully designed session.

Your experience begins with a 60-m
inute immersive sound bath guided by Natoya of In Her Frequencies. Through the resonant tones of crystal singing bowls, you're invited to slow down, release mental distractions, and settle into a deeper state of relaxation.

From there, you'll transition into a 60-minute therapeutic massage with Heather of Kinetic Rhythm™, where intentional, movement-based bodywork helps address physical tension, encourage mobility, and restore a sense of ease within the body.

Together, these experiences create an opportunity to reconnect with yourself—both mentally and physically.

I was recently diagnosed with a form of neuralgia affecting my feet and hands, and I had been using a cane to help keep myself steady. Unfortunately, relying on the cane caused significant pain on my right side, particularly in my right hip and buttocks.

I spent quite a bit of time researching massage therapists because I wanted someone with additional certifications and experience who would understand my medical history, physical limitations, and the different massage techniques that might be appropriate for me. When I found Heather’s website, her massage style immediately stood out as exactly what I was looking for—targeted, therapeutic work focused on areas that needed serious relief.

From the moment I walked into Heather’s massage room, I felt comfortable. The space was impeccably clean, beautifully scented, and had the perfect ambiance. I even noticed that she provides every type of phone charging cord imaginable, anticipating her clients’ needs. Such a thoughtful touch! I also really enjoyed the music, which was a refreshing change from the typical tinkling, Indian-style massage music.

Before the massage, Heather and I spoke at length about my goals, as well as my medical history and the limitations I have because of past traumas. She was knowledgeable, attentive, and reassuring. I felt completely comfortable knowing she understood my concerns and would be mindful of the areas that needed to be avoided.

Heather worked on my hip and glutes with incredible precision, targeting exactly where I was experiencing pain. I didn't have to spend the entire session directing her to the problem areas—her experience allowed her to identify them quickly and intuitively. I left the massage feeling better than I had in several months, and I found myself wondering why I hadn't booked with her sooner!

It has now been three weeks since my session with Heather, and the debilitating pain has not returned. I honestly don't have enough words to express how grateful I am for the relief she provided. My family arrived two weeks ago for a visit, and I had been dreading it because I knew my pain and physical limitations would make it difficult to participate in activities with them. Thanks to the relief I experienced, I was able to get out, enjoy time with my family, and participate in activities that I otherwise would not have been able to do.

Heather has absolutely gained a lifelong client. As soon as my family returns home, I will be booking my next massage. If you're looking for a massage therapist who truly listens, understands the body, takes your individual circumstances seriously, and knows how to provide targeted therapeutic relief, I cannot recommend Heather highly enough. She is exceptional!

What's the first thing you notice after a really effective massage?

For many of my clients, it isn't while they're on the table.
It's putting on a shirt without wincing.
Sliding into the driver's seat without that familiar pull.
Reaching overhead without thinking about it.
Climbing out of bed and realizing... "That doesn't hurt like it did yesterday."

Those little moments matter because they're signs that your body is moving differently.
That's what I aim for every session: helping you move with less restriction so life feels easier, one ordinary movement at a time.
