Dear friends,
I am needed to care for family at this time. I will be taking a short break from teaching my regular classes.
We will still have as many classes as possible. Please attend and support our teaching staff. I’ll post a schedule for next week once it is in place.
I hope to be back to all the shenanigans very soon!

Aerial Yoga is a yoga class practiced with an aerial hammock. And it is special!

This class will bring heightened awareness to body positions, a deeper stretch, and a greater opportunity for strengthening the upper body and core.

And can we talk about savasana? Snuggle up inside the hammock, gently swinging or being perfectly still. Maybe with a cool lavendar towel. 😴

Stars In Motion has shifted toward wellness and we no longer teach dance classes for children. But this is where it all began. It’s all joyful movement.

A while back, I was able to bring in the movement component at a regional health summit hosted by Community Foundation of Northwest Mississippi in Clarksdale. Did I get Tom Pittman in a hula hoop? There is no video evidence, but you never know.
My passion remains to bring joyful movement to the great state of Mississippi, through classes, events, and education.
