👻 The scariest thing this Halloween? The amount of tension you’ve been carrying in your shoulders. 😂

If your neck is stiff, your shoulders are basically earrings, and those knots have been haunting you for weeks… consider this your sign to book the massage. 💆‍♀️

We can’t promise to get rid of the ghosts, but we can work on those knots. 🎃✨

Self-care isn’t just about treating yourself—it’s about giving your body and mind what they need to keep going. 🤍

Rest. Relaxation. Recovery. Each plays an important role in supporting how we feel, function, and show up in everyday life.

Sometimes self-care looks like getting more sleep. Sometimes it’s slowing down, moving your body, drinking more water… and sometimes it looks like spending an hour on a massage table. 💆‍♀️✨

Whatever it looks like for you, consider this your reminder: self-care isn’t selfish. It’s maintenance.

10/19/2026

Proof that some purchases really are self-care. 😂💆‍♀️

Can money buy happiness? Debatable.

Can it buy 60–90 minutes of peace, quiet, and someone working out the knots you’ve been ignoring for three weeks? Absolutely. 😌

We’ll take the massage. Every. Single. Time.

💚✨ 23 YEARS OF EMERALD SPRINGS SPA! ✨💚

This October, we’re celebrating a very special milestone — 23 years of Cindy’s ownership of Emerald Springs Spa! 🥂

Behind every successful small business is someone who pours their heart into making it something extraordinary, and for us, that person is Cindy. 🤍

For 23 years, Cindy’s dedication, passion, hard work, and commitment to excellence have helped make Emerald Springs the welcoming, relaxing, and successful spa it is today.

But what makes Cindy truly special goes far beyond running a business. It’s the care she puts into her team, the relationships she builds with our clients, and the environment she has created where people feel valued, appreciated, and genuinely cared for.

Cindy, your vision built this spa, but your heart is what makes it so special. 🥹💚

We are incredibly grateful for everything you do, often behind the scenes, to keep Emerald Springs thriving. Your hard work never goes unnoticed, and you deserve every bit of recognition and celebration!

Please join us in congratulating Cindy on 23 AMAZING YEARS! 🎉🥂 Here’s to everything you’ve accomplished and many more wonderful years ahead!

Your body called… 📞 and apparently it’s tired of you ignoring the problem. 😂

That knot you’ve been stretching, rolling, rubbing, and hoping will magically disappear? Yeah… it’s still there. 💀

Consider this your sign to stop saying “I really need a massage” and actually book the massage. 💆‍♀️

Your shoulders will thank you.

💚 Things massage therapists actually LOVE:

Tell us when you want more or less pressure. Tell us exactly where it hurts. And PLEASE let us have that arm instead of trying to help us move it. 😂💆‍♀️

And one of our favorites? Seeing you at the front desk booking your next appointment before you leave. 🥹

Communication helps your therapist customize your massage to you—so never be afraid to speak up during your treatment. We want you to get exactly what you need from your time on the table! 🤍
