More than 200 schools came together this year to support children and families facing childhood cancer. Every fundraiser, every event and every student helped make a meaningful difference.

A childhood cancer diagnosis is overwhelming. When language becomes another barrier, having someone families can trust makes all the difference.

Four Diamonds child Andy and the Four Diamonds translator, Daniel, share a special bond. Andy’s mom speaks Spanish, and Daniel has been a steady source of support throughout their journey. He helps them communicate with doctors and nurses, answers questions and makes sure Andy’s family fully understands her care every step of the way. More than a translator, he is a trusted presence during some of their most difficult moments. 💙

Time to celebrate Four Diamonds child Lennon ringing the bell! 🎉

After being diagnosed with Hodgkin's lymphoma in October 2025, Lennon has shown remarkable strength and resilience throughout her treatment.

Surrounded by her family, friends and the care team at Penn State Health Golisano Children's Hospital, Lennon celebrated this meaningful moment with the people who supported her every day. 💙

The six Jersey Mike's Subs locations in Hershey, Harrisburg, Camp Hill and Mechanicsburg have partnered with Four Diamonds! Throughout August, you will have the option to round up your purchase to the nearest dollar or donate $1, $3 or $5 when placing your order in store and via the app.

Happy National Intern Day! 🎉

Meet Riley and Alyssa, the newest Four Diamonds interns! Throughout the coming year, they'll gain hands on experience while supporting the mission of Conquering Childhood Cancer™.

For Riley, the most meaningful part of the internship has been connecting with the Four Diamonds community. She shares, "Meeting families, celebrating bell ringings and hearing inspiring stories every day has made this experience incredibly meaningful."

Alyssa has enjoyed learning more about pediatric cancer care while building new skills. "Connecting with families and the care team while supporting a cause I care deeply about has helped me build invaluable skills," said Alyssa.

For many children with cancer, ringing the bell marks the end of treatment and the beginning of a new chapter.

These Four Diamonds survivors did not have the opportunity to ring the bell when they completed treatment, so a special ceremony was held to celebrate this important milestone. Together, surrounded by family, friends and the community that has supported them along the way, they each took their moment to ring the bell. 💙

While treatment may end, survivorship is a lifelong journey. Through the Penn State Health Golisano Children's Hospital Childhood Cancer Survivorship Clinic, funded by Four Diamonds, children, teens and young adults continue to receive the care and support they need long after treatment is over.

Rowan was diagnosed with Hodgkin Lymphoma in October of 2024. Two years later, she finished treatment and rang the bell at Penn State Health Golisano Children's Hospital! 🎉

A game of trains can be so much more than playtime. 🚂

For Four Diamonds chaplain Justin, moments like these with Brayden are an opportunity to build trust, offer comfort and simply be present during a family's childhood cancer journey.

As the new Four Diamonds chaplain serving children and families at Penn State Health Golisano Children's Hospital, Justin provides spiritual care and compassionate support while walking alongside families through every stage of treatment. His role is an important part of the comprehensive care Four Diamonds helps make possible.

Over the past year across Pennsylvania, PA Lions Care For The Kids raised $45,894.00 in support of Four Diamonds. Every fundraiser, donation and volunteer effort helps provide life-saving care, comprehensive support and innovative research for children facing childhood cancer.

Because of dedicated partners like the PA Lions, eligible Four Diamonds families never receive a bill for their child's cancer care.

Thank you to every Lion who continues to serve children and families across Pennsylvania. Your commitment is making a lasting impact.

After two years of treatment for leukemia, Dylan rang the bell to celebrate the end of treatment with his parents and friends. This milestone marks the end of one chapter and the beginning of another.
