🎉🎸 Celebrating August Birthdays at Las Palmas! 🎶❤️
Last Thursday, Las Palmas celebrated the birthdays of August with Tony Miranda, his guitar, and his music! 🎸🎶

The “cumpleañeros” received their presents 🎁 and enjoyed a special party filled with music, smiles, dancing, and wonderful company. Family members also joined the celebration to accompany their loved ones, making the occasion even more meaningful. ❤️

Everyone had a lot of fun and even had the chance to show off their dancing skills! 💃💃💃
A special moment came when Tony sang an Italian song in honor of one of our Italian Argentinian residents, adding a personal and heartfelt touch to the celebration. 🇮🇹🎶❤️
Birthday celebrations like this provide opportunities for social connection, reminiscence, movement, emotional engagement, cultural connection, and meaningful moments shared with friends, family members, and fellow residents.

The celebration was especially special as Amelia reached an incredible 101 years old! 🎂🎉💐

We wrapped up the season in style with our incredible end-of-summer party! Our wonderful residents had an absolute blast enjoying delicious food, lively music, and nonstop dancing.

A huge thank you to our phenomenal entertainer for bringing so much amazing energy and talent to our community. It was a spectacular afternoon filled with bright smiles, great laughter, and unforgettable summer memories! ☀️🎶🍔💃🎉✨

We were delighted to welcome back the wonderful Coro Bello Amanecer from El Prado Adult Care Center to Las Palmas! Their beautiful voices, joyful music, and warm energy brought so many smiles to our residents. 😊🎵

We’re especially happy that they will be visiting us every month to share their talent and love of music with our community. Music provides wonderful opportunities for social connection, self-expression, memory recall, and joyful engagement. 💙✨

🎶🥁 Instrumix with Rey at Las Palmas! 💙

Our residents had a fantastic time during Instrumix with Rey! Music, rhythm, and lots of fun filled the room as everyone joined in and enjoyed this lively musical experience. 😊🎵

It was wonderful to see our residents get involved, discover different sounds, and simply have a great time together! Activities like this encourage self-expression, coordination, cognitive engagement, and social connection through the joy of music. 💙✨

At Las Palmas, there’s always a reason to smile, move, and enjoy the music! 🎶😊
