For five years, Niki has been the steady, caring presence behind so many of the things that keep our office running smoothly. From helping our clients and supporting our therapists to handling all the details that happen behind the scenes, Niki brings kindness, organization, and a whole lot of heart to everything she does.

🎉 Today, we’re celebrating 9 years of Horizon Therapy Associates! 🎉

Over the past nine years, we’ve had the privilege of walking alongside individuals, children, families, and our community through life’s challenges, growth, healing, and hope.

What began as a dream to increase access to quality mental health care has grown because of the trust our clients, community partners, and supporters have placed in us. We are deeply grateful for every person who has been part of this journey.

🩵 We'd like to share an announcement that our therapist, Toby Kriwiel, will be ending his time with HTA this summer. 🩵

A quote from Toby:
"It's been such a great honor to be a therapist in this community of Hiawatha, and for people across northeast Kansas. I've learned so much over these almost 5 years with HTA. I am so grateful for my time here, for the people I've met through this work, and for the beautiful, challenging, awkward, and heartfelt conversations we've had together. I'd like to thank HTA for being a great host for me in this work as well. My time in Hiawatha will continue to shape me and the work I do, in life ahead.
To every person who has come to speak with me about their lives during my time with HTA – thank you."

Toby and his family will be moving out of state, and Toby will be starting an independent therapy practice. He'll continue to be licensed as a marriage and family therapist in Kansas, and will be available for telehealth sessions in the future. If anyone has interest in reaching out to Toby, he welcomes the communication.
