Today, we are celebrating an incredible milestone for R***r, our Hospice of Mercy Therapy Dog, and his owner, Kathy! Together, they completed their 800th volunteer Pet Therapy visit.

For their special 800th visit, R***r and Kathy traveled to Lisbon Care Center, where R***r did what he does best, sharing cuddles, gentle connection, happy greetings and lots of love.

🐾Thank you, Kathy and R***r, for 800 visits filled with countless moments of joy, connection, compassion joy, and simply being present. Your impact reaches far beyond each visit, and we are so grateful to have you both as part of the Hospice of Mercy volunteer family.

Providing the Mercy Touch at the Northbrook Farmers Market today! ❤️
We're excited to be out in the community sharing kindness, compassion, and a few smiles. A special thank you to Miracles in Motion for joining us with their horses and to April for creating amazing balloon animals. It was a beautiful day to share the Mercy Touch with our community!
