Creative Solutions Counseling offers therapy services for children, adolescents, adults, and families navigating mental health concerns, relationship challenges, behavioral difficulties, and other every day stressors affecting daily life. Creative Solutions Counseling provides long & short-term psychotherapy for children, teens, and their families in the treatment of behavior problems, trauma, attachment issues, depression, anxiety, bipolar, ADHD, autism, parent-child and peer relationship issues, grief/loss, crisis counseling, & more. We provide a number of different evidence-based practices, including:
- Traditional Psychotherapy
- Experiential Play Therapy
- Sand Tray Therapy
- Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
- Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)
- Parent-Child Interaction Therapy

The therapists at our agency have backgrounds in many areas, but specialize in children, teenagers, and young adults. Creative Solutions Counseling is proudly certified as a National Health Service Corps site. We serve all patients regardless of race, color, s*x, national origin, disability, religion, age, s*xual orientation, gender orientation, or inability to pay.

The final stage of therapy is what we call “Posttraumatic Growth.” It’s the stage when we start looking forward rather than behind us. When we turn our worst into wisdom. When we reconnect with ourselves and with others. Healing cannot happen in us unless it’s done between us.

It’s hard to put into words just how powerful the new HBO documentary Quiet on Set: The Dark Side of Kids TV is. This series exposes the twisted world behind your favorite 90s and 2000s Nickelodeon shows and demonstrates just how protected those in positions of power are. You will be moved. You will be disgusted. You will be awed by the courage it took to share their stories.

For those affected by s*xual violence, this is a tough watch. It is not recommended you watch unless you have the supports available to process it with.
