Introducing integrated behavioral health at Sagewell Family Medicine 💛

Beginning July 15, Sagewell Family Medicine will launch an integrated behavioral health care model designed to bring more convenient, connected care to our patients.

We’re proud to share that Heather Noerrlinger, APRN, FNP-C, PMHNP-C, will begin providing psychiatric and behavioral health services right within the family medicine setting, helping patients access support for mental and emotional well-being in a familiar, trusted environment.

This integrated approach makes it easier to coordinate care, strengthen whole-person wellness, and receive services closer to home.
