✨ A New Chapter Begins ✨

We are excited to officially announce the opening of Revive Wellness & Aesthetics!

After more than 3 wonderful years providing care through Harmony Health & Wellness, Michelle Ollis, DNP, FNP-BC and Sara Piercy, DNP, FNP-C are beginning a new journey and launching our own wellness and aesthetics practice.

While our name is changing, our mission remains the same — helping you feel confident, energized, and empowered through personalized, whole-body wellness.

At Revive Wellness & Aesthetics, we will continue offering the services you have come to know and love, including:

• Neurotoxin injections
• Dermal fillers
• Sculptra
• Microneedling
• IV hydration
• Weight management support
& more!

This is essentially just a name change & rebranding!

You will still find us in the same familiar location inside the Harmony medical building, making this transition as seamless as possible for our patients.

We are also happy to share that we will continue providing functional medicine services through Optimal Health Hickory in our same location, where we will keep focusing on root-cause health, hormone optimization, and personalized wellness.

Dr Dustin Houser is opening his new practice in Hickory. He will be working closely with our team at that facility. He brings years of experience, and is one of the best chiropractors in the region.

We are excited for him, and look forward to supporting him on his new journey.
