🎉 Help us welcome Dr. Monika Dixon to the team!

We’re excited to welcome Dr. Monika Dixon, PT, DPT, CSCS to our clinic!

Dr. Monika earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Wingate University and is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with additional certification in dry needling.

She has experience working with athletes of all ages, active adults, and individuals with neurological conditions. Her passion is helping patients reach their goals, return to the activities they love, and build the knowledge and confidence to manage their health independently.

A Hickory native, Dr. Monika is especially excited to return home and serve her community. Outside the clinic, you can find her lifting, rock climbing, hiking, spending time with family and friends, or serving at her local church.

We’re so excited to have you, Dr. Monika! 💙

Congratulations to Amy Umbel and her partner, Joe Rucco, on earning 2nd place overall in Mixed Doubles at Hyrox - New York City this past weekend, competing against nearly 5,000 teams in their age group.

Despite recent shoulder, hamstring, and calf injuries, she pushed through heat exhaustion in 90-degree weather to finish strong.

So impressed with the hard work you’ve put into your training while also balancing your family responsibilities.

Congratulations as well to Ben Umbel on a strong performance in his first competitive Hyrox singles event.
