Took a much-needed break to reconnect with my roots in Croatia. 🇭🇷 It’s the country where my parents were born and where our family lineage goes back for generations. I spent my time catching up with family I hadn't seen in years, visiting the resting places of my grandparents and great-great-grandparents, wine tasting, island hopping, and jumping into every body of water possible!
Feeling refreshed and incredibly grateful for my beautiful country and strong Croatian heritage. 🩵

As a healthcare worker and small business owner, it's normal to feel bad for taking time off for vacations. It's important to remember time off for myself contributes to me being the best doctor I can be☀️🌊🐚
