Andrew (Andy) Joseph Starr
January 22, 1987 - August 12, 2026

Beloved son, father, brother, Uncle, grandson and friend to many, left this world to walk the streets of gold August 12, 2026

Andy was born in Waco, Texas. Andy was known for his compassion, unwavering generosity and kind spirit. He loved and forgave deeply and unconditionally. If you were cold, he would give you his coat, if you needed boots, he would give you his boots, if you needed something to wear, he would give you his clothes.

Andy’s love for his children, Noah and Izzy, never wavered, even during difficult times. He loved spending time with family and friends whether sitting around playing his guitar and singing songs he wrote or fishing, which most times, he would out fish us all. Family and friends will always remember his laughter, smile, generosity, loyalty to friends but most of all, he will be remembered for his kindred spirit

Andy’s relationship with God was fully intact before he left this world. Andy was working on furthering his education to become a Guidance Counselor, his life’s dream. Dreams have no expiration date, and Andy realized this! While Andy did not have the chance to further his education, it was something he always wanted in his heart. Because Andy was taken too soon, Jospeh Starr and Ann Marie Frustaci have begun working with Hamilton High School to establish The Andrew Starr Scholarship Award, to help a senior student further their...

Billy Burle Baley, son of Charles Marvin Baley and Nora Lea
Cunnius Baley, was born on November 1, 1929 near Littlefield,
Texas. He was a worker. As a six-year-old child in Hobbs, New
Mexico, he put his first stucco on a house his father was
building. He was hooked, asking his father if he could have
some cement which he used to pour the foundation for a little
house he built from a wooden apple crate. As a teenager he
committed his life to Christ at a revival meeting at Duffau
Baptist Church and was baptized in the Duffau Creek. He
married Barbara LaNell McKnight in 1949. Bill and Nell
dreamed of having a farm. They worked hard to establish a
home for their children to experience farm life and learn to trust
Jesus. They loved the Dry Fork Community and were devoted
to serving the Lord through the Olin Baptist Church. He took
great pride in his craft of masonry, working all over Texas. His
most recent job was rocking his front porch posts in the triple
digit heat at age 92. He was his daughter’s first love and his
son’s first hero.

He is survived by: daughter, Barbara Gayle Kenley and
husband Paul; son, Billy Benjamin Baley and wife, Jan;
grandchildren, Barbara Nicole Kenley-Miller and husband, Andy
Miller, Blayne Baley and wife, Jessica, Courtney Morby and
husband, Grant; great grandchildren, Addison and Bennett
Baley, and Luke, Grayson, and Weston Morby.
