Recovery is for everyone. During Pride Month, we celebrate the strength, resilience and courage of LGBTQ+ individuals seeking recovery and mental wellness.

Research shows that LGBTQ+ individuals experience higher rates of substance use and mental health challenges due to stigma, discrimination and barriers to care. Everyone deserves access to compassionate, evidence-based treatment in a safe and welcoming environment.

At our Foundations Health Opioid Treatment Programs (OTPs), we believe recovery begins with respect, dignity and belonging. If you or someone you love is struggling with opioid use disorder, help is available. Visit https://bit.ly/3Q2yEfD to learn more about treatment options and support services.

Sometimes, the most important step is simply saying something.

If you’re struggling with opioids, alcohol, mental health challenges, stress or life in general, you don’t have to carry it alone. Talking to someone you trust can be the first step toward healing. Whether it’s a friend, family member, counselor, peer support specialist or healthcare professional, reaching out is a sign of strength—not weakness.

At our Foundations Health Opioid Treatment Programs (OTPs), we know recovery begins with connection. Every conversation matters, and every voice deserves to be heard.
Today, on "Say Something Nice" Day, we encourage you to speak up, reach out, and know that help is available. Visit https://bit.ly/4x0EMFN to learn more about treatment, counseling, psychiatric services and recovery support.

As May comes to a close, we’re reminded that recovery is not about perfection — it’s about continuing forward, one step at a time. A new month brings new opportunities to heal, reconnect and begin again. Whether you’re just starting treatment, rebuilding after a setback or supporting someone you love, June is another chance to choose hope.

At our Foundations Health OTPs, we believe recovery happens through compassion, support, evidence-based care and never giving up on people. You do not have to face opioid use disorder, mental health challenges or life’s stressors alone.

Let June be a reminder: progress counts, healing is possible and new beginnings can happen at any time. If you or someone you know is struggling with opioids, click the link in our bio for more information.

Words matter. Attitudes matter. How we treat people matters.

Stigma around mental health and addiction can prevent people from seeking help—and delay life-saving care. At Foundations Health OTPs, we believe in compassion, respect and meeting people where they are.

Recovery starts with being seen, heard and supported. If you’ve been waiting to reach out, this is your sign—you deserve care. Foundations Health Opioid Treatment Programs offer psychiatric services, counseling, peer support and medications to support opioid use recovery. If you or someone you love is struggling, you’re not alone. Help is here. Learn more at https://bit.ly/4dFXSrW.

Stigma remains one of the most significant barriers to both mental health and substance use treatment. Individuals who perceive stigma are less likely to seek care and more likely to experience poorer outcomes (National Institute on Drug Abuse, 2020).

During Mental Health Awareness Month, it’s essential that healthcare providers, referral partners and communities adopt person-centered, non-stigmatizing approaches. Foundations Health Opioid Treatment Programs play a key role in reducing stigma through evidence-based, compassionate care models. We offer psychiatric services, counseling, peer support and medications to support opioid use recovery. If you or someone you love is struggling, you’re not alone. Help is here.
