Our residents enjoyed a wonderful day trip to Raleigh, NC, alongside our sister community! We visited the North Carolina Museum of Art for a guided tour, where residents had the opportunity to explore beautiful works of art, learn something new, and enjoy a cultural experience together. We wrapped up the day with a delicious lunch and great company.

We are grateful for opportunities like these that encourage lifelong learning, create meaningful memories, and allow our residents to build connections beyond our community. It was a day filled with art, fellowship, and new experiences!

Our residents enjoyed a wonderful day out with our sister community at Southern Supreme Fruitcake & More. From touring the facility and learning more about how their famous treats are made to doing a little shopping, there was something for everyone to enjoy.

Of course, no day out is complete without a good lunch and even better company. We are grateful for the opportunity to spend the day making memories, enjoying new experiences, and sharing plenty of laughs with our friends from our sister community.

It was a sweet day all around!

There’s something special about slowing down and creating something with your own hands. Our residents enjoyed a cozy afternoon of fall scrapbooking, filling their pages with autumn colors, creativity, and plenty of personal touches.

It was a wonderful opportunity to reminisce, share stories, and enjoy the simple joy of creating together. We love seeing the memories our residents make become part of something they can look back on and cherish.

This week’s Hearth & Hand craft was all about creating something special with our own hands. Our residents enjoyed working with molding clay to create their own beautiful trinket trays, each one unique and full of personality.

There’s something so meaningful about slowing down, creating together, and watching a simple piece of clay become something they can be proud of. We loved seeing the creativity, conversation and smiles that came along with it.

We had such a wonderful time moving, laughing, and enjoying the joy of dance with Lori Fields from Onstage Dance School. Lori joined us for a special seated dance class designed to get everyone involved and moving at their own pace.

Our residents had a wonderful time following along, sharing smiles, and enjoying the energy that music and movement can bring. We are so grateful to Lori for sharing her time and talent with us and creating such a memorable experience for our residents.

Some of the sweetest memories are made during the simplest moments. Today, our residents enjoyed a beautiful day at the lake with our sister community, sharing a picnic, conversation, laughter and plenty of time to simply enjoy one another’s company.

It was a wonderful opportunity to get outside, take in the beauty around us, and create meaningful memories together. We are so grateful for these moments that bring our residents together and remind us that every day is an opportunity for connection, friendship, and joy.
