✨🧡 SPRAY TANNING IS BACK! 🧡✨

I’m SO excited to officially announce that spray tanning is coming back to Audrey Frost Esthetics! 😍🙌🏼

But this time… we’re doing things a little differently. 👀

🏡 SPRAY TANS WILL NOW BE DONE FROM MY HOME!

My basement has a WAY bigger designated space for spray tanning, and the floors are unfinished, which means I can finally spray without worrying about overspray getting on and potentially ruining finished floors, walls, etc. 🙌🏼

Spray tanning will be the ONLY Audrey Frost Esthetics service I provide from my home. All of my other services will continue to be performed at Corner Spa just like they always have been. 💕✨

Because I will still be operating Audrey Frost Esthetics at Corner Spa full-time, there will be one important change with booking:

📅 Spray tans will be BY REQUEST ONLY.

You will not be able to book a spray tan yourself through my online booking link. Instead, simply message or email me and I will find a day/time that works around my schedule at Corner Spa and get you booked manually using the SAME booking system I’ve always used.

I considered having one designated spray tanning day each week, but honestly… not everyone has their events on the same day! Weddings, vacations, proms, girls’ trips, special events, date nights, etc. all happen on different days. So I think this setup will work MUCH better for everyone. 🤎

✨ HOW IT WORKS:
1️⃣ Message or email me that you’d like a spray tan
2️⃣ I will work with you to find a time that fits my schedule
3️⃣ I will send over spray tanning prep and post care instructions and when you agree to them then I’ll book your appointment for you
4️⃣ You’ll receive your normal appointment confirmation/reminders through my booking system
5️⃣ Show up to my designated spray tanning room and get GLOWY! ✨

🐾 One other little heads-up: I do have animals in my home — a dog and some cats. They will NOT be in the spray tanning room, but if you have severe pet allergies, I definitely want you to know ahead of time!

And now for the part I know some of you have been waiting for…

💕✨ SEPTEMBER IS NATIONAL SELF-CARE AWARENESS MONTH ✨💕

Let me remind you of something you probably need to hear…

You are allowed to take care of YOU. 🦋

We spend so much of our time taking care of everyone else — our kids, our partners, our families, our jobs, our homes… and somehow we end up at the bottom of the list. 😅

But self-care isn’t selfish. 💜

Sometimes self-care looks like a quiet morning with your coffee. Sometimes it’s putting your phone on Do Not Disturb. Sometimes it’s saying “no” without feeling guilty.

And sometimes… it’s laying down for an hour while someone else takes care of YOU. 🧖🏻‍♀️✨

💜 A LITTLE BUSINESS UPDATE 💜

As most of you know, both of my kids will be doing school online this year! This was a decision we made for different reasons for each of them, but ultimately, we feel like this is the best choice for their mental health, well-being, and anxiety. We’re really excited for this new chapter and to see how they thrive in a different school environment. 🥰

Because I’ll need to be home with Aria while she works through her lessons, my work schedule at Audrey Frost Esthetics will be changing starting August 31st.

And honestly… I think this new schedule may actually work out really well for a lot of you! 👀💜 I’ll have more evening appointments available during the week, while still keeping plenty of daytime appointments Thursday–Saturday.
