My name is Kristal Wilcox, and I bring 31 years of experience in massage therapy and hands-on bodywork. My work ranges from traditional therapeutic massage to more specialized, outside-the-box approaches developed through decades of working with real bodies, real injuries, and real people.

There is no one-size-fits-all massage here. Every session is shaped around what your body needs that day.

60 Minutes — Focused therapeutic bodywork
90 Minutes — More time for full-body work, specific problem areas, stretching, and deeper unwinding
2 Hours — An unhurried, comprehensive session with time for detailed therapeutic work, mobility, stretching, and full-body care

My work may include therapeutic and deep tissue massage, myofascial release and unwinding, trigger point work, craniosacral therapy, corrective stretching and mobility work, Reiki, and more—chosen according to what your body needs rather than following a routine.

One of many happy places for me in High Springs, Fl. is it’s very own brewery, and it’s daily rotating food vendors.. I love Thai Us-A Roll . Fresh, Savory, sweet &Spicy . I’ve never had little money bags before ,,tasty little finger food and more than one bite . And chicken with glass noodles.. sweet and Hot .. next time I will try Thai hot 🌈❤️❤️❤️
