Dear Friends,
For over twenty years, I've been fascinated by one question:
Why do so many of us live with unnecessary tension - even when we're trying to relax?
That question has taken me on a long journey through Yoga, Yoga Therapy, Alexander Technique, Feldenkrais, Body-Mind Centering, anatomy, biomechanics, and years of coaching people through personal change.
Along the way, I discovered something that changed not only how I move, but how I live.
The way we use our bodies shapes the way we think, breathe, respond to stress, and experience ourselves.
Most of us have never been taught how to use our bodies with ease. We compensate, brace, push, and overwork without realizing it. Over time, those habits become our "normal."
I'm beginning a series of live online Zoom classes where we'll gently explore these habits and discover more efficient, comfortable, and enjoyable ways of moving.
This isn't just about becoming more flexible or fitter.
It's about learning to become flexible and fitter with less effort and more ease.
Whether you're experiencing stiffness, tension, stress, fatigue, or simply feel curious about your body, you're welcome.
During these classes we'll explore things like:
Why your shoulders tense without you noticing.
How breathing affects the whole body.
Why stretching often isn't the answer.
How small changes in awareness can make everyday movement feel lighter.
How changing the way we move can influence the way we think and feel.
I'm looking for a small founding group who'd like to explore this work with me.
If this resonates with you, simply reply to this post and I'll send you the schedule and details.
I'd love to explore together.
Warmly
